We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee! To start your return, go to the contact us page and send us a message stating that you want a return.

Important:

If your order was placed through TikTok or Amazon, you’ll need to request a refund directly through that platform:

  1. Go to Orders
  2. Locate the order you want to return
  3. Select Request Refund
  4. Click on the product you’re returning
  5. Choose the appropriate reason for the refund

For wrong, defective, or damaged items, please do not submit a return request through the portal. Instead, contact support@uplinebeauty.com or report the issue via our Contact Us page for assistance with a replacement.

Refund Policy

Your refund will include the original purchase price plus sales tax (if applicable), minus any discounts applied. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method after we receive, process, and restock the returned item(s). We are unable to issue refunds to any other payment method.

Store Credit Option

If you opt for store credit, we’ll add an extra $10 to your refund total. Store credit is provided in the form of a gift card for future purchases.

Exchange Policy

If you choose to exchange an item, your new order will be processed and shipped once your return is in transit.

  • If the new item costs less, the difference will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll be prompted to pay the difference before submitting your exchange request.
  • If your original order included Faster Shipping, your exchange should arrive within 2-3 days from when it was placed.
